At Elite Feet 3v3, our mission is simple—create high-energy, competitive, and fun soccer experiences that develop young athletes both on and off the field. Founded with a passion for the game and a deep commitment to our local soccer community, Elite Feet 3v3 is proudly led by Coach Allan Langford and Coach Ken Ferrero.

Coach Allan Langford has been a cornerstone of the Central Florida soccer scene since 1999, when he began his journey with the Winter Haven Youth Soccer Association (WHYSA) on the recreational side. By 2004, he stepped into competitive coaching and has since dedicated over 20 years to coaching competitive girls’ teams with excellence and integrity.

A respected leader on and off the field, Allan has served as Past President of WHYSA and currently leads the United Soccer Association League as President, following five years as VP of the Girls Division. He is also the Head Coach of Santa Fe High School Girls Soccer, where he has led the program for more than nine seasons, instilling discipline, teamwork, and a love for the game in every player.

Coach Allan’s experience, leadership, and passion for soccer continue to shape the Elite Feet 3v3 experience, ensuring that every tournament is well-run, competitive, and centered on player development.

Coach Ken Ferrero’s roots in sports run deep. He played competitive soccer for WHYSA from 1993–1997 and was a multi-sport standout, excelling in travel baseball as a pitcher, catcher, and third baseman. From 1994–2001, he competed in AAU and USSSA leagues, earning multiple state titles and national championships.

Ken transitioned into coaching in 2018, bringing the same competitive drive and attention to detail to the soccer field. He recently served as the Varsity Assistant Coach for Lake Region High School’s Girls Soccer Team, where he focused on player development and team culture.

As a Navy veteran and tournament organizer, Ken brings discipline, professionalism, and a heart for youth mentorship to Elite Feet 3v3. His business acumen and dedication to community make him a driving force behind the quality and success of every event.

Together, Allan and Ken are building something special—a tournament platform that celebrates passion, skill, and teamwork while providing an exciting space for players of all levels to compete and grow.
