Instructions

 How to Register:  

• Coaches or team managers must register their team using the link below or from the homepage.
• Use a unique team name followed by your last name when registering.
• Example: The Blazers – Smith

 Age Division Guidelines: 

• Your team’s division is determined by your oldest player.
• Example: If your oldest player is 12, register in U15 (UNDER 15).
• If your oldest player is 11 years old, register U12.
• Please register accurately and honestly.

 Division Levels – Gold & Silver: 

• Gold Division: Competitive teams
• Silver Division: Recreational teams
• We rely on honest selection to ensure fair competition.
• If there are not enough teams for separate divisions, brackets may be combined.

 Co-Ed Team Policy: 

• All co-ed teams will be placed in the Boys Division.
• No exceptions.

 Roster & Waiver Form (Mandatory):

• Download and print the official roster/waiver form and UPLOAD at the time of registration.
• Each player must have a parent or guardian signature on the WAIVER form.
• The form is required for participation. 
• Do not wait until the morning of the tournament to complete this form. 
• Teams arriving without a completed roster/waiver may be disqualified or delayed.

 Payment Policy: 

• Payment must be completed before the registration deadline, UNLESS APPROVED BY TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR.
• Unpaid teams will be removed from the tournament.

Tournament Day Check-In & Age Verification: 

• Turn in your completed roster/waiver form during morning check-in.
• Be prepared to verify each player's age using one of the following:
• Player card
• Birth certificate
• Government-issued ID (physical or digital copy)
• If a player's age cannot be verified, they will not be allowed to play.
• Your roster must remain with your team and be presented to referees before each game begins.
